"Cosa ci si può aspettare quando unisci la passione per la cucina, l'esperienza,la cortesia,la pulizia,e prodotti genuini cucinati secondo le tradizioni e nel rispetto di queste....? Semplice puoi aspettarti solo il massimo, ed ecco che un angolo di Sicilia rivive a Torino attraverso il cibo, e la simpatia e professionalità di Maurizio un palermitano doc che del panino e dei sapori della Sicilia ha fatto una devozione di vita. Il gusto del panino con la milza che ti porta alla vucciria, il panino con le panelle che ti sembrerà di essere in piazza Politeama, i classici arrusti e mangia o saltimbocca o stigliola, i semplici panini con salsiccia hamburger o altro. Insomma Maurizio saprà stupirvi perché i suoi panini sono il meglio del meglio che potresti mangiare. Ecco quando il buon cibo riesce a trasportare la mente in posti che si trovano a 2000km di distanza, se non è magia, ditemi voi cosa è? Maurizio sei il numero 1 in assoluto."

"Furgoncino street food, soprattutto specialità siciliane tipo il panino con la milza o pane e panelle. Lo si trova parcheggiato su Strada del Portone. Maurizio è simpatico, il servizio e rapido e si può mangiare sui tavolini lì vicino. Posto consigliato per un pranzo veloce e gustoso."

"Maurizio è un istituzione in strada del portone ed oltre, il suo pane e panelle mi hanno conquistato nel lontano 2015 e non riesco a farne a meno, che sia inverno o estate è tappa fissa in pausa pranzo. Ho provato tanti locali siciliani a torino ma il suo pane e panelle è sempre il migliore!"

"Avevo proprio il desiderio di UN BUON (così dico a Maurizio quando riesco ad andarci) pani ca meusa. Credo che definirlo STREPITOSO sia poco. Alla fine però sapeva di picca e così, ho fatto il bis Inevitabilmente ,anche se per pochi minuti mi è sembrato di essere a Palermo. Complimenti Maurizio"
